Refunds
We do not accept refunds. Our products are custom made for each order therefore they can not be returned. If any issues occurs with your order please contact us via email or through our social media outlets. We will try to solve the issue for mutual satisfaction.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or broken. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and a Lead Guild Member will help you.
From there, your assigned Lead Guild Member will arrange exchange and give you all the shipping information. We will ask you to provide photo evidence of damage within 7 days of receiving item(s). Damage caused by clients are not reason for exchange.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending items back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if we can’t track it or if it’s lost by courier.
