This is an unprinted 3D printed helmet, already printed at your size. These are the very same helmet models, provided with permission by Nikko Industries, that we use to make the finished products ourselves. Modeled after the season 1 MMPR helmets. The helmet comes with 3 components.

The helmet comes to you in two pieces. Clam Shell style as seen in the television show.

The black visor comes already cut to shape. Visor is made of PET Plexiglass, at 1.02mm thick. The black tint is automotive grade window tint at 95% blackout.

The side connectors are two-part. A visible clamp that is on the outside, and cabinet style magnets to be installed inside. We suggest that the outer clips be decorative, and not relied on for connection. The magnets will provide better alignment.
For the "Once and Always" ranger helmet look, only use the cabinet magnets.

This is an unfinished, 3D printed, custom made item. The 3D models themselves are not available for sale. Upon order, a member of our team will email you a measurement sheet to be sure the helmet fits correctly. Please indicate to our team if you wear corrective glasses.
